Great service. Used an Angie's list coupon and vendor didn't try to sell any unnecessary services.

He was very responsive to the initial call. He gave me a general estimate over the phone. I was surprised when he said that it would cost more because I have 2 units in my AC system. I was not asked any questions about the system when he made the estimate, thus this came as a surprise. He was good about diagnosing an issue with a clogged line and helping clear it. He was somewhat expensive but did a good job. My only other comment is that he did not do a very good job picking up after himself. It was not bad though. He was a "get to it" kind of guy and got in and out of the house quickly.

He not only replaced it but explained why it had problems. He was very thorough. I am satisfied with his service. They came on the same day.

He was highly recommended to me. Another company told me that my air conditioning system had all kinds of problems, but he told me that it was just fine. He is excellent and I have recommended him to several others. He did lots of work for them and they have all been very pleased with his services.

We had a Home warranty with a different company and they were rude and not credible, they caused us to be without A/C for days. We called Harvey and he had out A/C done in no time and on the weekend. Thank you Harvey.

"Although no one replied to my first message and I had to call three times to actually talk to someone, he ended up accommodating my schedule by setting an evening appointment to avoid me having to take off from work. He could have told me anything and charged me hundreds of dollars, but didn't. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, gave me some tips on future furnace care, and applied the cost of the service call to the cost of the repair. I found him to be courteous, professional, and one who definitely knew his craft and took pride in his work and company. I will never ever have anyone else resolve my heating and air conditioning needs no matter how long I have to wait or how many times I have to call. That's how impressed I am with the integrity, service, and expertise of this company. The fact that they're so busy is in itself attesting. This company is one of a select few that I've found who actually live up to their name and company statement.
