Sure enough, Juan arrived 45 minutes later. Though I thought I had a starter problem, he thought it was the battery. He threw on his portable charger and my car started. $65.00 later I was driving to Sterling Acura to have them check things out. Juan was top notch! Thank You.

Our vehicle broke down during 5:00pm traffic. We were quoted but told it would be a few hours before we could be reached because of traffic. We had our 2 yr old and decided because we were able to leave the vehicle in a parking lot safely over night we would have it towed the next day. We were told to call the next day to have it towed and when we did we were quoted a different, more expensive, quote. We asked about the price difference and he stated fees change daily depending on availability and time of day. Frustrated with finding another towing company and just wanting to get our car to the mechanic we paid the price. The driver was prompt, on time, & very professional. He stated the day of work before had them working until 2:00am and was likely the reason for the price change. The owner didn't know who would be willing to start the day at 8:00am. All in all it worked out well and we got the car delivered safely.

Very efficient, very professional, a bit expensive ($95 for <5 miles) but good folks. Would hire again.

I was unable to start my SUV (likely a dead battery). I called Harper's and was told that someone would over in 30 min. and was quoted $85. Tow truck arrived promptly (a little early actually). Hooked up my car quickly and followed me to my auto shop where I paid. Everything was quick, efficient and very professional. Driver was courteous and even showed me how to put my SUV in neutral (there is a trick. When the electrical system is dead it doesn't shift normally).
