We like our clients to understand the limitations all Home Inspectors have and provide them peace of mind with warranty coverage for these aspects of the home.

The items that Eric found and noted were negotiated and ultimately covered by the seller and saved me a ton of money! Eric was very professional throughout the entire process and helped guide me through the major items and why they could be a problem in the future. 10/10

It went great. Eric was prompt, polite, thorough, and has great communication. Not to mention the inspection was much cheaper than most of the other inspectors I contacted. I would recommend Hardy Boys to anyone needing a residential inspection.

My wife and I just bought our first home and after talking with 3 inspection services, we had Eric from Hardy Boys come do our inspection. Although this is my first time seeing an inspection, he seemed to be very thorough and detailed. He was also great about answering all of the random questions I kept throwing out. I didn't even know that Home Inspection warranties existed, but Hardy Boys included a 90 day warranty with their inspection. ( I actually called one of the other people back, and they did not offer the warranty) I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking to buy a house this summer.

Great! We unfortunately had to pull out after making an offer on a home, but Hardy Boys ended up catching a MAJOR foundation issue that would have cost us thousands. On top of saving us a huge chunk of cash, they were incredibly helpful and made sure every last one of our questions were answered. We'd talked with a couple other inspection companies and never felt comfortable they would do their full due diligence and just wanted us to sign the check. Hardy Boys never pressured us into anything and it was immediately obvious they genuinely care about their customers and aren't just cycling through homes to make a quick buck. Won't be using anyone else but Hardy Boys going forward!

Hardy Boys was a pleasure to work with, from the professionalism, to walking us through the whole inspection process to make sure we completely understood the inspection report, and going above and beyond what was required to make sure all our questions were answered. To top it off Hardy Boys even provided a 90 day warranty on our new home. Overall they were a great inspection company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.
