At various points in this job, the hood seemed like the worst project we had going, but that was not entirely the fault of the company. It did not help that we started off with Sharon, but then she was involved in a serious auto accident and we worked with another person for several months. Once Sharon returned, she was back on our project and eventually it got finished up! We had some really tough challenges to do with venting, and when the hood was delivered, it actually did not have the exact finish we had specified, but my husband agreed to accept it anyway. There is certainly no denying that the items they make are beautiful, if a tad pricey.
