Guzmans Repair & Remodeling

Guzmans did a great job replacing the builder's original siding around our chimney stack which had started to deteriorate. They also offered to re-caulk and re-paint the existing siding, soffit, and fascia on our house. I took them up on the offer since our 15 year old house has never been re-painted since it was first built. It now looks like it's a brand new house. They did an excellent job with the painting as well, being very careful to mask off all windows and masonry so there would be no paint overspray. The entire job took maybe 3 days. It was complicated by intermittent thunder storms, but Guzmans was able to schedule their work crews to work around it. I also appreciated that Guzmans would always double check with me about changes in scheduling (due to weather) or which specific brand products they would use (even double checking if a different caulk was ok because the one they planned to use was sold out).

Frank was awesome! I am super detailed oriented and pick up on the smallest errors. No need to worry about Frank’s work though. He is meticulous and is dedicated to performing quality work. He and his crew were really friendly and accommodating to our family and pets when they were around his work area. I would highly recommend Frank and his crew. They are the best

Guzman's Repair and Remodeling did an excellent job replacing the siding on our home at a fair price. Frank and his team were professional and thorough. His team removed the vinyl and masonite siding layers down to the studs. They installed OSB, Hardie moisture wrap, James Hardie plank siding, painted, cleaned-up, and put the finishing touches with replacement fixtures and accessories. Throughout the process Frank communicated with us often to answer any questions and discuss next steps and timeline. I had a lot of questions about the process of removal of the vinyl and masonite siding that had been on the house since 1979. When it was removed, Frank and his team were able to repair rotted framing studs and fascia. He didn't recommend replacing things that didn't need to be fixed- like my soffit - saving me an extra cost. He recommended options for paint schemes and trim that would make the house come together. When I drive up to my home, it feels like I'm at a new house!
