Brian did an outstanding job of reviving the natural beauty of our 17 year old slate floors. He thoroughly cleaned and then sealed the tile. This was not an easy process, but he worked through it and the floor looks great. We were very pleased with the results!

Brian did a fantastic job cleaning the floors!  I just bought the home and thought the floors were relatively clean..........not true!  I couldn't believe how much dirt and grime were removed when he finished.  They look amazing now!!!

I contacted Brian for a quote on cleaning and sealing interior and exterior tile and to get an opinion on options for repairing some severe chemical etch that was done by the installers in my showers. He arrived right on time and we walked through the house evaluating the various areas. Brian is very knowledgeable about natural stone and talked me through what he would do to clean and seal the areas. We settled on just the interior tile and he said he would email me a quote. He was very prompt in getting me a quote for time and cost and we scheduled the appointment. It was a 2-day job and Brian arrived on time and got right to work, he didn't even break for lunch! He even moved and replaced furniture for me being careful not to damage anything. Brian also offered to try out some techniques to see if we could repair the chemical etch in the showers and he repaired grout in several areas at no extra cost. When he was done my tile looked like new and it made me love it again...thanks Brian! The final bill was exactly the cost of the quote even though Brian did some extra work above and beyond the quote. I would definitely recommend Brian with Grout, Tile and Stone Masters and I will absolutely use them again for my next job!

The grout in my kitchen/dining room ceramic tile floor was discolored. I got five bids for recoloring the grout. I selected Grout Tile & Stone Masters based on price (which included Angie?s List discount), knowledge, experience, and the fact the person who bid the job would be doing the work. Brian cleaned the tile floor, including the grout, and recolored the grout.
This is on-your-hands-and-knees, time-consuming work. The procedure was especially time-consuming and tedious because the tiles are relatively small, which resulted in a lot more grout to clean and recolor.
Brian did an excellent job. My 30-year-old floor looks new!

He worked hard all day. I was so pleased with the results! He did an awesome job!!

My initial phone call to obtain a quote was returned very quickly and an appointment set up to see the work to be done. At the appointment, the process and products to be used were thoroughly explained, as well as what we could expect from the sealed stone and tile in terms of maintenance and when the stone would need to be resealed. The quote was very reasonable and the work was scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. Everything was done exactly on time, in a perfectly professional manner, and the work areas left clean and neat. We are very happy with the work done, will confidently recommend Grout, Tile, and Stone Masters to neighbors and friends, and will definitely call them again when it is time to reseal the stone. They covered the wood floors between the front door and the bathroom
before beginning and covered the bathroom door to keep the dust from

I contacted them over a year ago to get an estimate to clean tile and clean/re-grout. Almost a year later I contacted him and he fit me right into his work schedule. He honored his previous estimate and was exact on the amount of time to perform the work. I would recommend this contractor!

Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and came prepared with a wide variety of grout samples ranging in subtlety from sand, light umber and cream.
Depending on the lighting throughout my house, the nuance of the color we chose made a difference. He was very particular and promised I would love the outcome.

His attention to detail was amazing. Not only did my grout look flawless, my tiles looked perfect. He took care to use towels at the entrance of my house and took the time to explain about products he was using.

My tile floor had gotten really grungy and the grout was very dirty in the kitchen. I tried cleaning it myself and after working very hard for over an hour, I decided I needed professional help. I called Brian and he came out and evaluated what needed to be done. He brought a set of cleaning agents with him and tested a few spots on the floor and grout. What's impressive is that he takes the time to evaluate what type of cleanser (alkaline or acidic) needs to be used. He wrote me an estimate I thought was reasonable and we set a date for him to come do the work. He's a small business and handled my job himself. My husband was here when he did the work and when I walked in the door, it looked like I had brand new tile. I wish I had taken before pictures so I could show off the difference. Very high quality work and extreme professionalism. I am one happy customer.

Arrived on time, very courteous and the one worker worked hard - it was a lot of work as mold was very heavy and I'd tried everything to clean. He got everything cleaned up then waited a few days to let dry and then came back to re-caulk. Overall a very good job even though he couldn't get all the mold off - still looked MUCH better. Re-caulked very nicely - all looked much better afterward and had really looked gross prior. My one issue was that in cleaning some things up some of the removal liquid spilled on a place in the center of the bathroom floor. It was that cheap stick on tile so started to buckle and finish came off. They fixed as best they could and offered a discount when I said I was planning on eventually replacing the flooring in there (maybe they would have anyway). Except for that (and I really believe it was just a simple accident - and it happens) I was very pleased with the whole job and will use them again.

I needed the entire marble floor polished because it had about 20 years of wear. They came in with machines and diamond grit to do the job. They were punctual, worked diligently and had it all completed, including sealing in two days. It was a pleasure to work with them and the results look great.
