Overall we are happy. Going through the process was a bit time consuming. The tilers are great. Very precise. I would use them again.

His workers always called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. They were very careful of the house, and put up paper to walk on so as not to track dust throughout the house.
The job was completed on time, but I wasn't entirely happy. One row of the inlay pieces wasn't perfect. This is why I am giving them an A rating. Not because they had to do it over, but because both the foreman and Greg understood why I was dissatisfied and did not argue one bit. They said they wanted me to be completely satisfied, which is rare these days.
I would definitely hire them again, in fact I plan on having Greg work on my AC and install more insulation soon.

Prompt, professional, friendly. Very reasonable pricing and an excellent tile job, completed within the promised time frame. Friendly and likeable employees, one of the few times my wife was comfortable with having workers in our house.

ONCE THE PARTS CAME IN, GREGG QUICKLY PERFORMED THE REPAIRS. HE WAS POLITE AND APOLOGETIC WHEN A PART DIDN'T COME IN WHEN EXPECTED. A PROBLEM OCCURED A MONTH OR SO LATER AND HE CAME RIGHT OVER TO CORRECT IT.
