Poorly. After they finished the work, I left for work. Upon returning, the house smelled of gas. They had not installed the gas line appropriately. I aired out the house and had to wait a full day for them to come address the problem, which was wildly unsafe. After they remedied this, they scheduled inspection. The water heater did not pass inspection. I make some adjustments required by the inspector and called GPS repeatedly to come address the problem. They failed to do so. Resigning myself to my fate, I let it alone. Two years later, I listed the house for sale, and the failed inspection came up on the report. I called Jerry and GPS repeatedly to no avail to have them address this. They only did so when my wife called from an unfamiliar number. After incessant phone calls an emails they finally agreed to address the incomplete work. GPA then charged me an additional $300 to reopen the permit - the very one they'd let lapse. But, because the original company had to complete the work, I was stuck. Seek someone - anyone really - other than GPS for your plumbing needs.

Jerry and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. They had all the parts and equipment they needed for the job and with 4-5 guys, it went quickly. Their work is stellar. If anything, they overbuild when they hang pipes underneath a structure They cleaned up 99% of the debris and trash from the work, which is much appreciated!!!
Jerry is dependable and can respond quickly if you have an emergency. Highly recommend!
