1. Tire replacement
I was having trouble keeping air in one of my tires. I took it to one shop - they could not find a leak in the tire and suggested taking the tire to Goodyear (my tires were still under warranty). I took them too Goodyear, Goodyear could also not find a leak, but noticed stress fractures in the tires, marked them defective and got me new tires prorated. One of them went flat after loosing air again. They replaced it with no problem. It was not until taking the wheel to Hub Cap Annie's that the problem of gunked up wheels (where the seal is) was identified and fixed. So spent way too much money on what should have been an easy fix.
2. Alternator
According to them had an and quot;emergencyand quot; with my alternator that needed replaced immediately. Apparently it was giving off 18 Amps instead of 12. They did it for about $900 alternator included. I needed a car so I did it right away, but as I had just replaced the alternator the year before so I doubt it was the alternator that was the root of the problem. They were quick, courteous and professional though.
Overall, nice guys, quick, courteous and professional. A little pricey and wish they could have been more knowledgable or experts for my car.

We use this Goodyear for maintenance on our vehicles. Primarily, it is convenient to where we live. Importantly, they always do reliable work and stand behind their repairs. Lonnie, a service writer, is very dependable and trustworthy. Iand quot;ve never felt as if he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. [Sometimes I didn't WANT to repair the vehicle, but it almost always NEEDED the repair.] Some of the other service writers are not as friendly or helpful, but if you ask for Lonnie, you won't be disappointed.
I wish they ran better specials. I know Goodyear is a national company and pricing is sort of fixed, but I tried another national provider recently on another vehicle and on their site there were coupons for savings, frequent rewards club, etc. Nonetheless, this particular Goodyear has been very good to me over the years.

I recently purchased tires for 2 cars. I was pleased with their work, and punctuality. They aren't the cheapest, but their service is good. I would use them again to purchase other tires.

Goodyear is known for tires and their service was performed as expected. They were helpful in assisting us in selecting the right tires for our van without spending too much money. The mounting and balancing was done in less than an hour and we were ready to go. We wanted to use Goodyear for other type's auto service, but the last time we tried that they wanted to practically rebuild the engine. Tires are their specialty; they are good at it and that is all we want them to do on our cars from now on.
