I really liked working with him. He sat and really listened to what we wanted but also gave really good suggestions as to what might work better. He doesn't typically do remodel - it's mostly new home construction on upper end homes so this was a bit out of his standard practice but he never made us feel that way. He used to work for Cornerstone which I understand is a really reputable company here in Austin as well. I think he's been on his own for the past few years and seems to be successful. We never actually used the plans he'd made for us - sold the house as is so I can't vouch for the outcome of them but with the builders we spoke to and from our perspective the plans that were done would of worked great for a contractor.
