George Russell Professional Inspections

This is the second time we have used George Russell for a home inspection. The first time was four years ago. We hired him to do an inspection on our new home just before the one-year builders warranty was set to expire. He was quick, responsive and through. His inspection caught things that we were able to get the builder to fix while still under warranty. Very good money spent! Most recently, we called George to do an inspection for us on an older home we are purchasing. Again, he was very quick and responsive. Came our right away and did a good inspection for us. We appreciate his knowledge and dedication to his profession and would recommend him and use him again.

George Russell is THE man when it comes to home inspections. We hired him to give us the lowdown of all the problems and issues with our home before renovating it. We needed someone along the lines of a 'Mike Holmes' celebrity home inspector... And if you've ever seen the show on HGTV you would know how many things a professional inspector can find wrong with a home!

George found so many real issues that we had never ever even considered. He was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job for us. I think you would be very pleased to hire him. He is an honest and very personable man. And we were very happy to have hired him. After George completed the inspection of our home, we received a written report with very detailed information and pictures on issues with the home. He was also available after the report to answer any questions and he offered some sagely advice on how to go about fixing things. Highly recommended!

Overall our experience was great. He arrived right on time and walked us thru every step. He even helped us fix a minor problem (by calling around and asking questions) on the spot. It took several hours for him to do the entire house. Our house is about 3800 sq ft so it took him a while to go thru every room and attic! He even checked all our appliances! We are very pleased and will use him again. He had our report done within 24 hours, complete with pictures and full details of any issues. The only reason I gave him a 'B' on price is b/c some other Angie's List vendors offer a 10% discount and he only offers 5%. I'd say he more than made up for it in quality... I just had no idea it'd cost so much!

George returned my call promptly and scheduled the inspection to be convenient for me. George did a really thorough job. He's a very knowledgeable inspector and explains things so that the average homeowner can understand. He did find a few things that could be improved with the patio cover to make it stronger and safer. We purchased this house 7 months ago and had another company do the home inspection. Although I hired George to inspect the patio cover, he did a quick look over the house and found numerous things that the previous home inspector missed including a roof problem that was a serious safety hazard. George is very personable. I feel like I made a new friend who is looking out for me. We'll definitely have him come back for regular maintenance inspections. I highly recommend George Russell Professional Inspections.

Overall, George was very informative and knew how to handle all the situations. You can tell that he's been doing this for a very long time and knows what to look for. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb, very thorough. I wouldn't suggest anyone else!
