The Geeks arrived as scheduled, completed the work promptly and very professionally, answered my questions completely and understandably and were gone in about 45 minutes. I have absolutely no reservations about the service I receivesd, but had I not gotten a price from the store directly, the 800 number Geek Squad would have cost me twice as much!

Punctual, came two hours early! Installed all and instructed us on use demonstrating features. We needs this installed fast as we were having a party for 50 that evening. New system sounded great and inspired dancing! Very pleasant experience with the installers

Geek Squad told me in phone call and in person when I took in my computer that they could replace my hard drive, and they sold me their 2-year Tech support package saying that it would cover all labor to replace hard drive and re-install operating system. I would just need to pay for hard drive and anything else added to the computer. A few days later they called and told me that they could not replace the hard drive in store, that I would have to pay to ship the computer to their white room/clean room facility, that the cost to repair would be quoted to me after the other facility received my computer, and that the cost to repair was not included in the tech package. They had not previously told me that they might have to send off the computer and that the tech package would not cover the labor if that were the case. If they had told me that, I never would have left my computer and purchased their tech support package. To their credit, they were willing to refund the price of the tech package, but then they wanted to charge me $70 for telling me that they had confirmed what I had already told them - that my hard drive had crashed! I told them from the beginning that I needed a new hard drive, and I certainly didn't need to pay them to tell me what I already knew. I insisted that they refund me the entire package without charging me the $70, and a manager finally okayed a full refund. I won't go back to the Geek Squad.

The manager in the appliance department is extremely helpful and even went as far as to recommend we wait until tax free appliance weekend to buy our washer! When our dryer goes out- this will be our first stop!

I will call the 1-800 number and they will send a technician.

They were pretty good. They were easier to deal with than we thought and they were relatively quick. We think it was 48 hours before we had the TV fixed. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR. THE PEOPLE AT BEST BUY WERE ATTENTIVE, PUNCTUAL AND COMMUNICATIVE. I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER IN AND WHILE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SAVE MOST OF MY FILES THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT WHEN I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER IN. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, MY COMPUTER WAS IN COMPLETE VIRUS-FREE WORKING ORDER.
