He put in a rescue disk and I told him that I need one of those and he says yeah, that's all we need.

They work very quickly and efficiently. They took my money and gave me the card. I like looking around the music and videos myself. The store is laid out easy so I find and buy what I am looking for. It is a big store and the prices are normal. Their customer service was good because they took care of me immediately.

It was a good experience. They are really helpful with computer issues. They know computers.

Their service is excellent. If I need anything to be installed, they will send out a professional to install or help me with whatever I need. I paid about $50 for the antivirus program. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Scheduled a service call and parts were ordered. Then back ordered....then back ordered again. Was told I could request a new replacement and they would respond in 5 business days..no response received until parts arrived. However, after parts arrived, no replacement is allowed! Under their business plan, parts are delivered to a UPS store and picked up by a tech. This is a problem when... the tech is off on your day of service, has your parts at his home and cannot be contacted, and the service tech coming to your house that day has no parts and tells you after you have taken time off from work on the day of the service call. When contacted, the service supervisor and the store manager promised the moon...but in the end I got a rescheduled service call for the next day and I lost one half day of paid time off from work. And...it can and will happen again because Best Buy is too cheep to have a parts storage facility using UPS and employee homes instead.

They didn't have what we wanted, so we ordered one. They called and said that the one I wanted wasn't available, so they gave me a more expensive one at the same price! There was a delivery charge and I bought the warranty. They made sure we understood everything and set everything up for us. My wife liked them so much, she baked them cookies to take with them!

Geek Squad did a below average job for me. They don't have enough staff for one thing and you have to wait in line. I ended up leaving and coming back another time. They didn't even try to save my files unless I paid them $100 more. It seemed as if they really didn't care if they pleased me or not.
