Gassane refused to believe I knew what would fit me. I let him try what he insisted would work.

It took five months to get my product. The jacket he insisted on making his way didn't fit and he couldn't t change it.

The sleeves on the other jackets were different lengths; which I didn't realize till I wore them.

He mixed up the pocket liners between the two jackets.

A huge disappointment.

The man made a suit for George Bush when he was governor and hasn't done jack since.

Do not attempt custom anything, it will take forever, cost a fortune and be disappointing.

When I took the item to them to be fixed I was shown to a dressing room and then a women came in to check the fitting. They did something to it, I don't know what since I can't sew and now I don't have a gap.

Very well done

This is the first time I've really used a tailor for anything other than hemming up pants. The price was a little more than I expected, but overall I was pleased. The tailors did a good job instructing me on their recommendations for my garments. They were very polite and professional, and delivered what they said they would.

Mr. Gassane met me as I entered his shop. I explained that I needed to have two pair of jeans altered. I put the jeans on and stood before a large three way mirror. He very carefully measured and marked each pair of jeans to my satisfaction. We then agreed on a completion date. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I returned at the agreed pick up time. I tried on each pair of jeans to see if the work met my expections. Mr. Gassane also checked to see if the alterations were done right.
I was very satisfied with my overall experience and would do business with him in the future.

Lined dress with asymetrical hem cut on bias. I wanted a regular hem and I needed it in three days. I called, took it in, they looked at it, marked the hem and told me I could pick it up the afternoon of the third day. I picked it up on the way to the airport and it was perfect for my event.
While I was in the shop, a young woman in the military came in to pick up a uniform that she had brought in earlier to have a patch sewn on. She told them that it was not quite right, they took it in the back and redid it instantly.

I took in two pairs of jeans to be hemmed for my mother who lives out of town. Luckily she had given me a third pair that had been previously hemmed by someone else in order to get an exact measurement for the other two pairs that needed to be hemmed. The tailor was very nice and promised they'd be done in two weeks which was a reasonable amount of time for me as I was going out of town. He did mention that they might be done sooner and he would call if that was the case. I ended up calling to check in the day before they were scheduled to be completed and he told me that the jeans were done and to come by any time to pick them up. The tailor did a great hem job and I look forward to doing future business with them.

The hem fell out of one pair of pants the first time I wore them. I took them back on a Saturday afternoon. The pants were re-hemmed in minutes while I waited.

Overall, the experience went well. The bridesmaid dress was kind of difficult to alter, but they were able to do a good job. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.
