My contact for my 2 projects was Kenneth. He was hard to get in touch with, called his cell twice and the office once before he called me back initially. He did come out and give me an estimate on tree trimming, leaf clean up and mulching beds. I used them for leaf clean up and bed mulching. I had to have the crew back out to put more mulch out because the first time they spread it too thin. Got the bill and paid it. Then we decided to use them again for some mulching along the back of our property to make the backyard look nice because we were putting the house on the market. I called and called and called and finally Kenneth said he came out, not sure he did, he quoted a price over the phone. I expressed to him on many occasions that the mulching had to be done within 3 days because photos were being taken of the house for the market sale. Kenneth REASSURED me it would be done in time. Again, after calling and calling, on the day of the photo session, he informs me he can't do the job. My poor husband busted his hump to get the mulch done before photos were taken. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. I guess you do get what you pay for.

He does a very good job. He does good clean up after he is done. They do good shaping on the trees. They are professional.

They did a good job; they did what they said they were going to do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I paid $5,000 for that work. It took them 2 weeks and I still have big piles of mulch on my property. The goal was to open up a balcony view where I see down past them. Pete Garcia runs the company and he personally comes out for the consult at the beginning of the bid and is really good about taking a general direction implementing. I did exactly what I what, even though I am describing things in a very general sense. My neighbors hired another company for tree trimming and theirs looks very artificial, but mine looks very happy and like each tree is done individually. My neighbor’s trees look like all the limbs start almost exactly at the same height, but with these guys you go in and tell them exactly how to trim each tree and it works out better. His prices are not the lowest, but I think it is reasonable and the service is good. I live very close to where he lives, but still it is good that he comes out personally. The last time they did the back balcony view.

As usual, good experience with Garcia's. I have had them do tree work over the years at various homes of mine and they have always been courteous, on time and a good value. Very flexible scheduling a time/date to remove the tree at my house.

Used Garica's two yrs ago, and just as pleased with them today. Quick, thorough, did not leave one extra leaf or twig in my yard that wasn't there to start with. Done in just a few hours too

They were great. He came right out, was very polite, showed up when he said he was going to, and he did everything the exact way that I wanted. I was very pleased with their services. They took some trees down and they also took out some shrubs and added some river rock.

The experience was great. They did a good job, and were respectful. They even took a bunch of extra brush that I'd already accumulated when their clean up crew came.
