The over the phone initial call and schedule was curteous, friendly, proffesional & caring. We were in a panic and James/owner calmed us down and walked us through the issue to make sure that no more damage would happen to the unit & scheduled us asap. The follow up service was handled by Levi. He was just amazing! A complete pro and super kind. Explained all in detail and never tired of my questions. I really appreciated all the info he provided to me about future preventive maintenance that I could do to keep our system running correctly. I have their contact info stored in my Iphone for life! :)

Called James and he sent Levi out same day ... Levi spent the better part of a hot afternoon in our attic, up and down stairs, and at the outside unit sleuthing out the issues. He detailed all of the issues to us and then did the work, had the parts on-truck, and did it all with great conversation and a smile. We have used Galaxy multiple times at this house and our previous place. They are our "go to" guys ... thanks James & Levi!

A friend recommended we call Galaxy. They came out, said AHS should cover it, and did not charge for the visit. When AHS said it was out of coverage, I called back, and they gave me great advice on how to handle this situation.
Have not used them yet, but based on my interactions with them, I definitely will in the future. They were professional, honest, and did not try to get any money out of me.

I have used this company several times for AC work and Levi gave us honest fast service each time.  Levi went above and beyond to make sure and get us a new control board for free as the part was under warranty.  Levi did all the warranty work for us.Excellent service.

James had one of his technicians come out for a repair on my furnace fan due to a burnt up motor.  They inspected everything and found the issue quickly.  They gave us the price of either a repair or replacement (since the unit is now 12 years old).  Since the weekend was approaching and they wouldn't be able to get a new unit in until the following Monday they even offered to let me use the new motor until then and just credit its cost off the cost of a new unit.We eventually decided to go with just the motor but there was absolutely no pressure from them.

They were very good. The result was very positive. They did exactly what they were going to do. They did not try to add-on services.

They were very honest and dependable. They charge a fair price. I have used them for 10 years.

In my opinion, they are the best air conditioning company in Austin. They came recommended to me from a friend. The serviceman is very professional and honest. They showed up on time and if they didn't do good work, I would not be recommending them.
