I spent under $10,000 on the system.  The price was average. I found them through word of mouth from one of my neighbors. They were professional. I will use them again in the future.

They’ve done a great job for us.  They seemed very honest.  They were very helpful in trying to reduce cost but they put in quality products as well.  We will use their services again in the future.

They did a good job. My only complaint was that they didn't give me an itemized bill; it was just a lump sum so I had no way to compare it to anybody else. Everybody in town had frozen pipes and I was lucky to get them to come out so I decided to go ahead and contract with them although I thought it was a little high. Once they finally came out they were punctual. It took them a couple of days to come out so I was without water for about four days. I would probably use them again.

I have had a long-term service with them.  I would not use them again under any circumstances.  I have been using them close to 25 years.  We had the agreement with them for a long period of time.  When we moved to our current address, we continued our relationship with them.  Unfortunately, the founder of Fox service passed away.  It appeared that the customer service and the attitude of the company changed dramatically.  We inherited some significant air conditioning problem.  When we moved to the current address, we had multiple visits from them.  We had $4000 worth of ductwork, some air conditioning and re-plumbing work done under the assurance from one of the technical representatives that we would be able to gain another 4-6 years of service from our present air conditioning system, but none of them worked.  The air conditioning that we had it in our house was not properly installed, when the home was built.  When we moved in 5 years ago, the air conditioning system was dying.  I asked them when they came out for the first periodic twice a year maintenance check, if it was worth fixing the unit, which included re-plumbing the refrigerant line.  They assured me that with the recommendations of replacing the refrigerant lines, additional ductwork, and adding baffles, they can prolong the life of my air conditioner.  They recommended me to replace the entire unit, so I was very unhappy.  It went on for two years.  I would not use them again.  The service that they provided was overpriced.  When they did submit the bid for the new air conditioner system, it was not even competitive.

The experience was good. They always took care of the problems.

They showed up 30 minutes late but I will use them again in the future. The good thing about this company is that if something they work on does not work right they will come back for one year to fix it.

I use them a lot and I highly recommend them.  They got there to do the job and it’s the quickest service that I’ve ever had, and they fixed it right away.  I don’t remember how much I spent on the service but it was a lot because it was a Sunday.  I’ve used them for fifteen years and they come out seven days a week.  You have to pay for it but they’ve always been dependable.  I will use their services again in the future.

I price compared to smaller companies and to my surprise, Fox had the best bid by about $1000. Most amazing, however was the service. They went not only an extra mile, but an extra five miles. Our old house is so solidly built, it took extra time to cut into walls to install ducts. They came on a weekend to finish up at no extra charge. They installed some extra duct work not originally planed when it became evident this would improve circulation. This extra work came at no extra charge. The workmen were unfailingly courteous, patient, thorough in their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We are completely pleased with the unit and the value we got for the $$. Two thumbs up!

They were great. He was good and the price was reasonable. There was a little misunderstanding about the fact that he had to leave something open for the city and he had to come back and it was not clear that they were going to charge for a second service call. We worked that out with them and I don't think we paid it and they didn't charge us for it. He was a very nice person. He gave us a card for the part of their company that does servicing on air conditioning and heating systems and we would consider using them again.

During one of the many stretches consecutive 100+ degree temperature days, our air conditioner stopped working as discovered upon returning home very late at night.  Called Fox early the following morning, left message on their service, and received return call promptly at start of their business hours.  They informed me that they were juggling numerous emergency calls of same nature but would check with technicians to confirm if a service call could be fit in that day.  I received a return call within the hour with confirmation that a technician could be there between 3-6pm.   Technician called approximately 3:30 to report he was on the way and arrived approx. 4pm.  Problem was successfully repaired quickly and technician left within the hour.

I was very unsatisfied. The problem was the man they sent out. When I complained, the company said they would get back with me and they never did. He charged me for a service call and spent most of the time in his air conditioned truck while I stood out in the heat. The man was an hour and a half late for our appointment.

I've used them a couple of times. They were fine and the service was good. They found what was causing the problem. I had somebody else that couldn't find the problem so that was good. I didn't compare prices. I would use them again.

We’ve been doing this for about fifteen years.  Basically they are very prompt and very professional.  If I need a new unit, then I would buy it from them again.  So far I’ve got my air conditioning and furnace for sixteen and a half years.  I think that’s because I get it checked every six months.  They seemed professional and clean.  They seem to know what they’re doing.  They’re prompt and they call ahead of time.  I’ve never had a problem with them.  I have no complaints.  I haven’t dealt with anyone else and so I don’t know how to compare their prices.  Their prices have gone up in time.  In fact everything’s gone up.  Their quality is good.  They sell good products.  Otherwise I wouldn’t be with them for so long.  We will use their services again in the future.

Great under the circumstances no one wants to have repairs but it happens.  I woke up and my wife didn't have any covers on her which is not like her.  I went out and found out that the thermostat was at 80 not 75 so obviously we didn't have liftoff.  I called Fox at 7:00am and they said someone would be in the office at 7:30 and give me a call.  Literally, at 7:31 the call came in and they said that they would get me in as soon as a technician was available today they didn't know when that would be but they would let me know.  The girl also let me know that my service contract had expired but I have to say that was a mute point throughout our conversation and it was not brought up till the end which gave me a warm and fuzzy.  I did call back a couple of times as they could not nail down a time but the last time I called in which was about noon Phil said it would be 45 minutes.  He lied Robert made it in 20 minutes :).  Robert recognized me immediately from when he came to my house and it was 18 degrees out and I had no heat the year before.  Robert was and is extremely courteous and willing to make me understand what and how something works never looks at you in that god your bothering me even though I probably am but he went out of his way to be willing.  Information coming from a Technician is invaluable especially at making a correct decision for the future and having an understanding on what is not working in the first place. 

They are good and they show up on time. They are pretty expensive.

They charged a minimal fee.  We have an annual service contract with them.  We use them frequently.  They have always been good about scheduling when I call.  They know who I am.  They have some other services too, but we haven't used all of their other services.  We probably would.  Their pricing is about average.

I liked them.  They did work for me several times.  They have done work for me a couple of times over the past five years.  The amount that I have spent with them probably didn’t cross a $150.  I thought they were very professional.  They are fast.  They show up when they say they are going to show up.  I didn’t get the feeling that they were charging me an outrageous amount.  They explained everything.  I think they are a good solid company and you don’t have to wait a long time to have them to show up to fix your problem.  They do a good job.  I will use their services again in the future.

That experience was great.  Their customer service was good.  They answered all my questions.  Their installation was professional.  They were on time and did the job thoroughly.  It was just what I expected from service.  They were good all-round.  They were knowledgeable and were willing to explain.  I spent $10000 on that work. 

I determined several years ago that Fox is way overpriced and that there are as equally talented service technicians available that don't take you to the cleaners. 

When you call them, you always get somebody to come out the same day. I also like that they give guarantee for their work so that if it's not done right they have their warranty and they will come and fix it for free. They are very professional. They're not always the cheapest but I think they always stand behind their work. We had a water leak and they replaced the piping. One of the valves was defected and so it started leaking and they came and fixed it again immediately and didn't charge me. They don't weasel out. I've used them for five years. They also have this one priority service and you can pay a small amount a year. If you are one of the priority customers, then you're on top of the list and they take care of you.

They were professional. They were very helpful. They also gave me lot of advice on other plumbing issues and they did that for free. I want to use them again that would be the best recommendation I could give. I did have others plumbing items I need to repair in my house so I have plan using them. It took them two days to get here which I think was unreasonable. I don't rate them high on punctuality. They were in determined. They told they would get here sometime that day. Their quality of work and specialism, I rated them high and I would be glad to rate them high but their responsiveness was poor. The routine repairs can be planned ahead to incorporate their poor response time.
