I've had Fourpoints Inspection do the inspection on both of the houses I've bought, and I'll be calling them again for any house I buy in the future. Glenn is thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and explains everything about his inspection.
Both times I've hired Glenn, he was easy to get ahold of and schedule, showed up when he said he would, and encouraged me to join him as he did his inspection. Each time I felt like I had as complete as possible of an understanding of the house I was buying.

It requires full day inspection, and Glenn had scheduled his SAT to do the inspection. He is perfessional, knowledgable, factural, and thorough. He is the kind of home inpsector a buyer would like to trust.

He was excellent, was on time, had a detailed report, the highlight being that the report had pictures of damage to the house. He also had a list of what was wrong and included suggestions on how to get it fixed as well as any services we might need to use for the house in the future. It was very organized. He was also funny.
