David did a great job.  Showed up early and stayed until the work was done right.  He's very personable, and spent the time and effort to diagnose our security system issue.  Everything is fixed and working.  Reasonable price for the job ... would highly recommend using them for your lock/security needs.

Fortress provided timely and valuable help in getting our alarm system replaced/working after we moved into our new home.  Service was professional and complete.  Even got advice on some confusing wiring left behind in our OnQ panel.  Definitely somebody we will keep in mind for future home security and connectivity jobs.

It went very well, David arrived when he promised, was personable. It was a difficult repair and he completed it in about an hour, he cleaned up after completion, and we felt the charge was reasonable.

Arrived within the time frame specified, let us know the price and materials he would use before he arrived, and completed work in a timely fashion.  Very knowledgeable. We would definitely used this company again when needed.  One lock was over looked when rekeying was done.  We called him about it as soon as we noticed and he came right back the same day and completed the work with no complaints.  Awesome!

Ben J. came over New Year's Day to install outdoor cameras for us. When he arrived he took the time to walk the property with me and ask what my main concerns were. After listening to my needs he laid out a plan to address them and made recommendations without being aggressive about sales. The layout of my house presented several obstacles causing the install to take longer but he worked very diligently to complete the job without taking any breaks. Ben was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend the company and Ben specifically for this type of service. I will be using the company again because of the great service and quality work.

It was great, I contacted Fortress through their website. I had a call from John who left a voicemail. When I returned his call on Monday he gave me his pricing and and said he could try and fit me in that afternoon. I wanted a key pad installed on the door so the kids would not have to carry keys with them. There are many key pads available with different reviews. John made a recommendation for the one he uses.
He called like he said he would and said he could be at my house in 20 minutes. He worked very quickly and is friendly. He did not have an additional lock that I wanted so he left and came back with it.
Highly recommend Fortress for any of your locksmith needs.

I called to request the service that afternoon and they were able to take care of it the same day. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and polite. David came and performed the work was extremely nice helpful knowledgable and more than willing to answer all of my questions about safes and security in general. Very professional and friendly and trustworthy. The price seemed kind of high for 5 minutes of work to bolt down a safe but they told me the rates ahead of time and I felt it was worth it to me to have a security professional come to my home rather than just some random person. If I have other needs in the future I will not hesitate to use them again.

We wanted Camera's installed around our house so that we could monitor
our yard after being creped out by someone shining a flashlight in our
windows int he middle of the night.
The team came out and gave us
a qoute which was about what we expected, then installed the DVR to
record the Videos, calibrated and aimed the Camera's and sat with us
until night to make sure that the night vision was working perfectly.
Anyone
who wants Closed Circuit monitoring of their house would look this
company up. I talked to Robert (the owner) twice while we had bids
out. He was very honest and upfront about everything they could and
would do.
Prices are about the same as the market. The Professionalism and expertise of the field Engineers is what set them apart.
We are already thinking of expanding our system to get 2 more camera's and will be Using Fortress to do it.

Jon was very responsive; even willing to come out the same night I called him. The lock was not able to be manipulated so it had to be drilled. The hole was filled, the new lock covers all of the work and it now functions perfectly. We even upgraded it to an electronic type lock. It took him a few hours to complete the work and yet the service charge remained the same price.
