The installation of the tile and threshold went well and was done in the time frame given to me by Floor King. The price was identical to the proposal. I did have trouble contacting the salesperson during the installation to resolve issues I had with the color of the threshold and the epoxy grout.

They came out and took photos of the stains and damage. They reported to the insurance company about the damage. They gave us a great price on a great product, and they did a wonderful job installing it. The sales rep was also extremely helpful.
