On my way to get work done on my motor home it died. I called Fleet Maintenance and they sent a technician out. He determined it was the alternator but decided he would not fix it there. I incurred towing fees but the technician did a great job diagnosing and eventually repairing my rig.
I rated cost poor due to the added expense of towing. However the technician and service were good.
