A good start, he seemed honest and trustworthy, but we would never use him again. The roof looks good and it hasn't leaked, but we'd just like the job to be completed. The discussed job has been paid for in full.
Description of Work: Metal roof installation, but the job has not been completed. It began the beginning of November, with the first check written on November 4. We understood the job to be completed November 8. They did work on the 8th, but did not finish and have not returned to complete the job. Unfortunately, we have paid for the work and we can't get Mr. Susan to replace the roof cap, put the leaf guards on the gutters, and repair a gutter that was broken during the installation. Numerous calls have been made to Mr. Susan and at first he would return the calls and say they would be by the next day (they never came by), but now phone calls are not being returned. He also claimed the insurance adjuster made some errors and offered to provide our insurance company with a claim update. This paper work has never been delivered. An invoice/receipt has not been delivered so final paperwork for the insurance claim can't be completed.
