First I want to say why I gave them a 'B' for professionalism for only one reason and one person. I have used them for years and always have done a good job. They do need to be reminded to take care with the interior walls to not mark them with their tool belt. Once did leave my gate open and I was unaware and my dog got out and I was frantic looking for her as she was newly adopted from rescue. I found her and called them to let them know. Things happen, mistakes happen so we move on. The window cleaners are always professional and Steve, the owner, is always nice but I was a little put off by maybe the female who took one of my calls and she came off a little snippy. I am female so this is not a gender thing. I do not know if it was one of the owners but if I used that attitude with my clients I can tell you they would not accept it. I said nothing but will next time!

It's windows, they need to be cleaned and I am just glad I do not have to do it. They do a good job and you' all should use them. They are affordable and try to work with your schedule.

We have a lot windows so the pricing is around $400-500. I think we have almost 30 windows in the house. We have been using them for about 2 years. They call to remind you before they come out.

Overall, the company did great work on our windows...they actually looked amazing, but.... After being asked to keep the gates closed, the paid no attention and left both wide open, so both of our pets ran away. Someone in the neighborhood found our dog right away, but we spent forever looking for our cat. No one from the company bothered to come back and help, or even to call and check on us. VERY unprofessional, with no attention to details/customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I hired Fish to clean our windows. Their staff was extremely professional. They showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Outstanding job! I will absolutely use them again!!

They are always professional and careful when cleaning the windows inside the house. The pressure washing (not in the cost above) was reasonable. I have been using these guys for a few years and would not use anyone else.

A team of two individuals arrived on tie to wash the house windows inside and out. The individual that was the team lead was courteous, introduced himself and the fellow worker. Both went to work and were working efficiently. The team lead made sure the other team member was performing his tasks completely. Both were willing to review the windows and clean up any spots or areas that were not to my satisfaction.

They came out and they had a crew of 2 guys. They cleaned the inside and the outside really quickly. The windows looked clean the way they said they would. Everything was great. They were really friendly. They missed a window but they came back the next day and did it. I did not shop around for price but it was fair. The quality of work was excellent. I use them all the time.

I didn't know what to expect when I called because I had never had the windows professionally cleaned in our new home. Fish removed years of paint spatter, grime, and pollen on unreachable windows. The clarity of our windows enhances our view of the valley and horizon. It's amazing what a good window cleaning will do to the beauty of a home. The third time I had unsuccessfully tried to clean the second story triangular windows and wall of windows of our ranch split level home myself I was exhausted and the windows still looked bad. A friend recommended Fish Window Cleaning and I couldn't be happier. I was hesitant in the fact that they said that the windows might only need cleaning once a year but it's been 9 months and they are still clear despite the pollen floating around and sticking to everything else. The representative said that they use a "special" formula on the windows that helps keep them clean. I believe it! My experience with them was very satisfying and I have them on my short list of yearly home maintenance people. You should too.

The window cleaning experience was good, but I was left disappointed that my entire house could not be taken care of as was originally bid due to an estimator error.

Fish Window did a great job cleaning our windows and they didn t leave any streaks on them. I really thought the guys that came out, were nice and respectable guys. I would recommend them to others. They also gave us a great price on the cleaning.
