Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I especially love the team they sent out to do the pre-measuring and installation. It is nice to sit down in a showroom and have one person coordinating everything.

Contracted our own remodel job, so they were plumbing fixture provider and always do an excellent job in selecting and making everything right. Have used them multiple times.

I have been working with Cheryl for at least 25 years and I have never been disappointed with recommendations or pricing.

I made my selections and had a typed up list from a Ferguson's representative. I told the rep at the beginning that I was going through my contractor. Apparently this made her angry because she didn't get a commission. I gave my list to the contractor who placed the order through the plumber who had a Ferguson's account. First the parts were not ordered. Then the parts were ordered minus one faucet. All of the parts I selected were backordered and not available for six weeks. This included the faucet omitted from the order, which added another six weeks. I chose high end parts with a lifetime warranty and did not want to change to something else so I just waited. All parts finally came in and were installed. Of course this dragged on for five months.

The Ferguson showroom is a great place to view a variety of kitchen, bath, and lighting fixtures. April placed the order for the faucet since it was not in stock. The faucet arrived within the promised time frame so we could make timely installation arrangements with our plumber. We are very pleased with both the products and the service.

As a step in the remodeling of our guest bathroom, it was necessary to price, pick, and order all of the bathroom hardware: the bathtub, faucet, shower hardware, sink, toilet, knobs and pulls, towel rings and bars, ceiling fan, etc. Ferguson's was recommended to us by the remodeling contractor and Ferguson's really came through. The Ferguson's consultant, April, was very professional and helped us find exactly what we wanted, all in about 1-1/2 hours. We wanted a larger bathtub, and April, understanding the space limitations of the bathroom, helped us find the optimum bathtub size that would provide the most room, yet fit the space properly. The order arrived very quickly, was delivered on a pallet to hour house, and everything was exactly as we expected. And Ferguson's cost was highly competitive. Another nice touch - before the order was placed, April provided a Project Portfolio notebook providing details and pictures on every item we ordered. This was especially helpful to the contractor in confirming that what we were going to order would work for the project.

The sales person I dealt with was slow in providing pricing and other information. What I did purchase was fine.

I gave her a description of what I was looking for and within 20 minutes she was able to show me items that would have taken me weeks to find. I gave her the budget I wanted to work with and she was just wonderful. I was very happy working with her.

Very nice folks. Got an incredible price on the fixtures--lower than the msrp on the manufacturer's websiste. They communicated with us very well. The appliances were ordered and arrived promptly. We gave them the wrong name for the contractor who was picking them up and they were helpful in straightening out our mistake. You get assigned a salesperson to handle the transaction. While we were buying the commode they helped us find a hard-to-find 24" wall oven.

There were several problems with this order, including tanks damaged during shipment, and then incorrect parts on the replacement tanks (their warehouse sent the more common single-flush version), and then a bowl defect that required yet another replacement. So my project was delayed and I ended up reinstalling toilets a few times, however, my salesperson Ashleen remained professional, courteous, and helpful until we got it all worked out. Remodeling projects would be much less stressful if there were more sales associates like her.

SALLY WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGABLE AND LED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IN DESIGN, PRACTICALITY, AND ORGANIZATION. SHE WAS ABLE TO ADVISE ON ACRYLIC TUBS VS. CAST IRON TUBS AND WHERE EACH WAS APPLICABLE AND ECONOMIC.
