Fast Plumbing

Regrettably, my usual plumber wasn't available, prompting me to contact Fast Plumbing based on a referral. They quoted $675 for a job estimated to take one hour, aimed at replacing two cartridges in a malfunctioning bathtub (Water wouldn't turn off). Upon expressing our intention to seek another plumber, we inquired about their diagnostic fee, which surprisingly exceeded $275. I strongly discourage utilizing their services. I ended up getting another plumber and they repaired it half the cost. It's worth noting that they operate on a bid system rather than the typical hourly-based process unless for other issues. Initial diagnostic fee was $275 which they never disclosed. Ended up paying $125 diagnostic fee which they did reduce after I pleaded with them. Will never use them! Lesson learned, always ask if its hourly and what the diagnostic fee is. As someone involved in the Real Estate sector, witnessing a company behave in such a manner is not ethical business practice. I've collaborated extensively with various Plumbers, and this particular experience stands out as the most unsatisfactory.

Terrible; horrible. Insurance company sent this company. First thing the owner, Lee Strictland, said to me when I opened my door was "I need my $50 copay" before I do anything! It was 4:30 PM. He said "I am too tired to do this job today; I will be back between 10AM and 12 noon tomorrow. I will call first." Next day no call from him, no show. I called him and asked "what is up". He said he decided not to do the job; I should call the insurance company (American Water Resources) and informed them of this. I said , "you will tear up the $50 check I gave you"--no response from Lee. I had checked the Better Business Bureau and Yelp reviews last night; he had an A+ from BBB, & positive reviews from Yelp and Angies List. So the insurance company is working on getting another plumbing company to come out via emergency. I requested Roto-Rooter-they have been here before and were amazingly good. So now, here I am 24-hours later, a 70 year old home bound lady with a med alert bracelet going out with my cane to pee & poop with my dogs in my back yard, where neighbors can see. Do NOT use "Fast" Plumbing with owner Lee Strickland!

They were recommended by a neighbor and did a great job.  They'll be my go to in the future.

I have used this plumbing service a few times and I have always had great results.  The owner is extremely knowledgeable and dependable; he did the work himself, which I appreciated.    As a busy career woman, I need service professionals that I can count on; my time is valuable.    I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.  I will definitely use this plumbing service again.

Floor screws were bad. He replaced the mounting piece for the bolts and new bolts. He insured everything was satisfactory.
I was very pleased with his work and would use him again for any plumping needs. I believe his name was
Lee Strickland. He arrived on time and was very professional.

On August 3rd I filed a review on Fast Plumbing and was not pleased with the job they had done for me.. After filing the review Mr. Lee Strickland contacted me on August 11 to discuss my dissatisfaction with their company. He informed me that they should have given me an estimate before ever proceeding with the repairs, which they didn't. As you will note I have given Fast Plumbing excellent reviews in the past, but not for the work on 7-15-14 and that dealt primarily with the cost. During our conversation on 8-11-14 Mr. Strickland apologized for the mistake and said he wanted to make me happy.We agreed on a settlement and I will be using him again. Be sure to get an estimate before having work done.

The plumbers got to my residence within an hour after I called them. Two plumbers did the work so they completed it very quickly. I was impressed because they didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. They also emailed my invoice to me which is very helpful because I'm blind. I was also impressed because they were willing to service a manufactured home.

As always, their work was excellent and done quickly.
