Extended Stay Hotels Arboretum North

this is to long to type out, but basically you are assigned a room and you are stuck with it and can not be moved, even if another room becomes available.  So, if you call and confirm a reservation, you are assigned a room number and you are stuck with it.  I confirmed a suite type room.  When I arrived the room turned out to be a smoking, handicap room.  I cant accept that and told them so as I dont smoke.  The switched me to one of there smallest rooms for the night and told me that a king room would be available in the morning. Ok, I can deal with that.  In the morning I was informed by the front desk that I could not be moved because a customer who was coming in that night had the room.  So, I ordered a king room and wound up in a tiny some what worn looking room.  They did give me a discount, but would not move me.  It was explained to me that you basically rent an assigned room number, like 105, if anything is wrong with it you are out of luck.  Don't go here.  They are very unprofessional at best. Oh, the bathroom had mold in it also.
