Escarpment Construction

It went very well overall. Warren made several excellent design suggestions as well as overseeing all the work. The initial time estimate was 3 weeks, and the work took about 6 weeks -- but we added the screened porch late in the game, and we actually anticipated the longer timescale and planned for it. Warren hired superb subcontractors for the exterior work and painting. The HVAC company was good except for stepping through our living room ceiling while working in the attic. (They repaired the hole perfectly just one day after the incident.) The end result was really wonderful. The quality of the work was superb, and Warren was an easy person to work with.

.I was satisfied every step of the way but have become more and more impressed since completion. First, any repairs that came up for as long as we owned the house got a same day response from Warren. We moved out of town and are building a new home and now we are very aware what a miserable experience dealing with contractors can be. I had no idea how do deal with unresponsive and often absent builder since Warren had set the standard so high. I don't think I will ever build again unless I can use Escarpment.

The company was very good. I had no problem with them at all. They were professional when they came out and they were never late. Overall I think I would have them come back to do some more work if I needed them to.
