Horrible! Turned my dream into a nightmare!
Would not give them any stars! Would never recommend them to anyone. Cheap work, doesn't deliver within timeframe of contract, uses unlicensed and unqualified workers, doesn't follow the contract, doesn't write change orders, doesn't finish the project and then slaps you with an inflated final invoice for things you never approve. If you don't pay it he files a fraudulent lien on your property. Just check the travis county clerk records. Several liens filed. I'm having to spend thousands in legal fees to get the lien off and get my house finished! I will see him in court and have several former and current customers who will be testifying at my trial. He also changes their name, even their personal name. Beware Wayne, Alan, Allen, Christopher, Cris Erickson. Do your due diligence before hiring them!
