Elsa Decker - Moreland Properties Inc

Our agent was Elsa Decker.  Elsa was fantastic.  Moreland has a photographer who took photos of the house for the website and they were great.  Elsa advised us about how to make the house more marketable far in advance of putting the house on the market.  In addition, Moreland staff in the Lakeway office visited our home prior to listing and gave advice about staging and pricing. We had multiple offers and Elsa was extremely responsive throughout a chaotic couple of days with that.  Once the house was under contract, Elsa kept on top of everything regarding the sale and always answered our emails and phone messages in a timely manner, usually within minutes.  When our closing was delayed due to the lender's failure to have documents ready, Elsa stepped in and was able to get the closing wrapped up in time for the buyers to move in on schedule.   The entire process was accomplished in a very professional and efficient manner.
