When it came time for me to fly to Austin to check out the property, she called on one of her contacts to arrange a home inspection on my schedule and she was even able to recommend a comfortable hotel in the area.
The mortgage broker she recommended was able to offer a very competitive rate and actually beat out our offer from USAA (which was a shocker for us).
Overall the process was very smooth and we closed quickly and without incident.
There was a small snafu when we finally arrived to our newly purchased home but that was the fault of the seller/seller's agent and even though the transaction had technically closed and Elizabeth didn't really have to be involved anymore, she stepped in right away and made it right.
I appreciate all the hard work she put in for us and I want everyone to know she went above and beyond the call of duty more than once. You will not regret having her as your realtor and if I ever need to buy or sell a home again, you can bet she will be the only person to handle the job.
