A skilled massage therapist relieves body tension by stretching and loosening muscle and connective tissue while at the same time improving blood flow to the heart and movement of lymph fluid through the body. Therapeutic massage can speed the removal of metabolic waste products resulting from exercise or inactivity, allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach the cells and tissue. Please advise me of any illness or change in your health history prior to treatment to ensure your safety. Massage sessions are available in our beautiful window offices located on the greenbelt or you may have your treatment at your home with a travel fee added to the session cost.

Elizabeth's facility is clean, inviting and soothing. She was able to evaluate my needs by asking questions and looking at my stature. She knew exactly where I needed help and was able to manipulate all the muscles to relax while making sure not to leave any area unattended. If you are in need of a great therapist that will do outcalls, be prompt, professional and affordable, this is your massage therapist. Elizabeth is the BEST!

Great - I've been going to Elizabeth on and off (when I was in town) since I was a teenager and she has consistently been the best massage therapist I've seen. She's extremely knowledgeable and has always delivered a relaxing and effective massage. I've been to lots of different massage therapists over the years since I've lived in several different places and she is definitely among the best I've seen. Highly recommended.

I have lived in three cities during my adult life and finding a massage therapist is really difficult. I consider it like dating. It's hard to find the perfect match. Beth is awesome at what she does. She knows her stuff and is an excellent practitioner. I won't consider anyone else in Austin, since I was lucky enough to find her first.

Elizabeth has a healing gift. I have been going to her for over 10 years. She always asks what is going on with me, and whether it is congestion, or stress, or a pain here or there, she helps to heal it. She is truly amazing. She can provide any level of deep tissue or relaxing massage, and even does pampering services like hot towels on your feet. She is an excellent massage therapist, and I would recommend her highly.

I always have a positive experience when I receive Elizabeth's therapy and she always addresses what I am needing at the time and adapts her therapy to my needs. She adds special treats to the therapy like a stone massage or foot treatment.
