Carlos, the owner, worked professionally with me during the staircase replacement project. He made sure that the staircase is of exact specifications as the old one, and rebuilt it well/sturdy with reasonable price and as per the quote. He reused the railings from the old staircase as per our request to maintain specs. The actual work was completed without any delays (it took @7 days). Carlos had been very responsive for any work related queries that I had. He also working with me on the building permit application, making sure that whatever is needed from his side, he is getting it done. Strongly recommend Carlos's Elite Staircases.

These guys specialize in stairs. In my case, the work was minor demolition and carpentry to construct new stairs and rails. Carlos was very clear about his limitations so that we could find another subcontractor to do Sheetrock and painting. He also did his work in a way to help the subsequent contractor. Carlos communicates well and his crew is diligent to get the work done timely. The finished product is stunning! My wife and I can t be happier.

The Elite Staircases professionals were the consummate professionals. I was uneasy because of past experiences. Carlos was very responsive to texts and e-mails. He provided a detailed quote including pictures of materials being used and a timeline for the work. He explained the project in detail. The project started and ended on time and the end result is amazing! I can't rave enough about Elite Staircases. I highly recommend them.

Carlos was professional, courteous, highly skilled and friendly. His craftsmanship is top notch. He installed a hand rail with 2 goosenecks. The joints are tight and perfect. He protected all surfaces and cleaned up with detail once finished. The cost was right in line with what we anticipated. Highly recommended.
