From the install of our company's security system to support after install, they are always super fast with their communication and you can tell they really care about their customers. I can't imagine that there's a better outfit in town for commercial security services.

I am extremely pleased with the entire experience -- from the estimate all the way through the install. Dyezz has THE BEST customer service. They are quick to answer their phones and put you through to the right person. They also follow up by phone and emails. I had an awesome tech do the install (during which he made a couple of minor booboos (drill holes) but quickly patched them up on the spot so I have no complaints there whatsoever). He was very meticulous and spent a lot of time getting everything right (panels are level, etc). I was so afraid I would easily set off the alarm but before the tech leaves the house, he explains how to use it and made sure I understood everything. I love that I can control the system with an app and override the system from anywhere I may be. I now feel super safe at night. I highly recommend Dyezz. The big plus is that they are local and their prices are very reasonable.

Very satisfied. The phone-based tech support (Jonathan) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the proper solution. The installation tech (Ian) was professional, thorough, and very courteous. He called me beforehand to advise of arrival time and then confirmed when he was actually on his way so I didn't have to sit around waiting, and I felt comfortable having him in my home to set up security services. It was clear to me that he genuinely cared and wanted to be sure I understood how to use the capabilities he installed for me. I would definitely recommend these folks (and have done so) to my family and friends.

Amazing !!! These guys are real pros. The system is userfriendly and they did the work in a timely fashion.

From the initial phone call to the installation end, all went smoothe. They explained the process, the monitoring, the costs associated, and the amount of time it would take it each of our locations. They were on time and in uniform. Every job was done well and we have had zero issues. Surveillance and security companies are a dime a dozen but we would not use nor recommend any other company in Texas.

I have to say it's a lot more convenient with just one app to monitor my home alarm, garage door, the lighti in the house and the door bell that has a camera and speaker feature. So if someone rings the doorbell bell I don't have to be home or drop what I am doing to answer the door. Just press the app on any smart devices and you can see and speak to whosever is at the door. I really feel safer and in control at home or away. So, I highly recommend for anyone to use Dyezz Surveillance for any of their security services. To top it off my service guy Dale B. was very professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his work and he was able to answer both general and technical questions.
