Kevin H. Klaus refunded my deductible Oct. 20th. Other then requesting the deductible upfront and then ins. took it out again, they did a great job cleaning up the water damage. They were prompt and courteous.

DryTime responded to an emergency request to clean up and restore water damage to a small bedroom closet. The organization responded quickly not only to repair damage but also minimize any future problems from the water. Their immediate response and efforts were major factors in the damage being contained and minimized. The staff deployed performed the work diligently and with the utmost urgency. I was most impressed with the firm's commitment and empathy for our the situation. It was sincere and a major driver in the quality of work provided. I have since had several discussions with the firm's CEO, Lawrence Ruff. It is clear Mr. Ruff's commitment to the community and the work DryTime provides is genuine. It is a mandate that begins at the top and permeates throughout the organization. Values that are sometime forgotten in today's world.

They came to the house so quickly and had the equipment set up, that the areas dried a little faster than expected. (of course being the middle of August in Texas helped, too) They put protection on my carpet to keep from messing it up. They showed me what they were doing every step of the way.
