They've been in business for a long time, they did it very professionally. They were very equipped to do any residential or commercial works.

Complete rewire and upgrade service

I went with another contractor and still paid him a service fee for his trouble. He then texted threatening messages and posted my phone number online in fake ads so I'd get hundreds of harrassing calls and texts. The man is dangerous and shouldn't be hired.

Mr. Garcia was very responsive and gave me an appointment the same day to replace 3 stop valves that were leaking. I negotiated a price and with his consent we moved on with the work. He seemed very knowledgeable and replaced the 3 valves and tested everything as well. These are compression fittings so he had to tweak them multiple times to stop any leaks. I noticed the next day that 2 of the valves had water on them, indicating a leak. I called Mr. Garcia and he told me he would come the next day at 11am and address the issue. This is where the problem began -- he did not come the next day, neither did he respond to my texts and phone calls. His company profile says that "Customer satisfaction is our main goal," but I don't believe that Mr. Garcia actually stands by his work. Now I am not sure if I should wait for him or hire someone else to fix the leaking valves.

Dosey and his brother came and helped fix issues with a previous contractor.  They put in flex conduit, replaced some electrical boxes and wires a previous electrician installed incorrectly.   They were here about 7 hours and had a fair price.  I would recommend them for your electrical work.

Went well, same day service, fair price

The services were provided by an electrician who works for Dosey. He was completely unavailable after taking the initial payment. He was 2 weeks late in providing services. I had to call and complain to the owner (Dosey) to have the electrician come back to finish up. He did an awful job and I had to pay $100 extra to my handyman to finish up all the hookups. I would never hire anyone from Dosey again in the future. They charged me $600 for an incomplete job. I got quotes for the same job for $400 but still went ahead with them because they were on Angie's list and were recommended by my contractor. I was totally ripped off by them.

Unprofessional and unskill

I tried to tape and mud drywall I installed and was not successful. So I checked Craigslist for a handyman and found A&A HANDYMAN SERVICES for drywall and texture work. He advertised that he was listed with Angies list (COMPANYid#6201019). He assured me that he can do the work and match the texture of the house. We agreed on a price and he started the work next day. At first I thought he was a good handyman since he was punctual. He brought a 2nd guy to help him with the drywall installation. On the 2nd day he brought a different person saying the other guy didn't know how to texture. The work was done late afternoon on the 2nd day. I checked the work and on on the surface it looked ok (not great). I saw a few things I didn't like but could live with. I paid him the money we agreed on and he left. The next day in day light more issues surfaced. The taping could be seen under the texture and at several joints he did not sand enough to make the transition smooth.  The texture was ok but did not really match that of the house.   I called him and mentioned what I discovered and he promised to come out the next day to fix the things I didn't like. Needless to say he never came back (after he cashed the check I gave him). I called him several times the following few days leaving messages on his phone to no avail.
To fix the issues I had to cut out the bad joints and reapply mudd to smooth it out (found a video on youtube on how to fix this). I then painted the ceiling only to find out that the drywall was fastened only on the sides (5ft ceiling width). The middle was not screwed to the joists. I had to go back and apply screws to the ceiling. This was definately an expensive lesson I learned and hope that with this review other people don't fall for this A&A Handyman Services. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I called two other companies that never showed up. I sent him an email, he called me right back and showed up that same day. He was on time and did the work exactly as discussed. His price was phenomenal! It was a good experience and I’ll definitely call him again.

He is very customer service friendly. He is very reasonably priced. I had a good experience with him.
