Provider came out to the property and gave both a verbal and in writing estimate.  It was a difficult decision whether to use this company or another who had also bid.  We eventually selected the other company.  But this one seemed like it would also give good service.

Don was super fast on his response.  He was booked up for a couple of weeks but called me back to let me know of a cancellation so worked me in sooner.  He was very thorough in his examination of the tree and explained to me how to treat it and the landscaping changes I needed to make to support it's recovery. I appreciated his expert knowledge and would definitely use him again!

Mr. Gardiner was very knowledgeable and also very personable. He gave me lots of good advice on how to save the pecans that were in trouble and also gave me ideas for other trees, vines and plants that would be good for my yard.  He recommended several arborists who could do a good job trimming my trees.  His recommendations were clearly communicated and he also wrote everything down. As he left, he told me to feel free to call if I had any questions or needed more help.  He spent lots of time evaluating the trees and plants on my property.

Don arrived at the appointed time and walked our 10 acre property with us. He examined the trees, answered our questions thoroughly, pointed out which trees could be saved and, unfortunately, told us which trees were not going to make it. Overall, we were very pleased with his service.

Mr. Gardner is professional, prompt, and very knowledgable regarding trees. He understands the proper technique for pruning, and can also offer advise on pruning tools. I highly recommend his consulting services.

We bought a home where the yard and trees were overgrown and unattended for years. Don Gardner came over and did an hour long walk around our property. We asked him about every tree and bush. What to get rid of, what to prune and where, proper care, everything. I wrote everything down as we went along. My husband and I had a great time. There was so much to be done that here it is a year later and we are still working off that list. What I really appreciate is that since that first visit I have called him twice to ask a few things, especially about a particular distressed Live Oak. He remembered me both times and the tree I was talking about. He is always very friendly and polite. He was a pleasure to work with.
