Dlm Custom Homes

My husband and I had been through the wringer with a previous build, so we were very gun-shy to begin the process again.  Thank God for David McNair and dlm custom homes.  From the first meeting to the very end, David remained even-keeled, creative, professional, TRUSTWORTHY and thorough.  His perfectionism topped even our highest expectations.  I cannot tell you how many times I said that something turned out even better than I had it pictured in my mind. On top of the fact that David created our dream home, he stayed on budget.  Actually, under budget.  This is in spite of the fact that both my husband and I challenged his budgeting skills at almost every turn with our changes and choices and additions!! If you want an enjoyable building experience, then you will be very satisfied with dlm custom homes.  We would do this all over again in a second.  Building a home can be a very, very stressful experience.  I didn't have any idea that it could also be a fun and exciting experience in the right hands.
