DENTWORKS OF AUSTIN

2 body shops gave me estimates to take off the old fender, paint a new fender and install it ... over $1500. Dentworks sanded down the scratch, used filler for the scratch, then blended the paint out to about a basketball sized area. I can't even see where the work was done. In 3 hours instead of 3-5 days quoted by the body shops. For about $300 ... and I have my original Mercedes fender instead of a substandard part. I Highly Recommend Dentworks of Austin and will use them again when the need arises.

I had a dent over the rare fender and they pulled the dent out and repainted it. it took  day to be completed and they were cheap.

There was one big dent on the left front door, which was noticeable and
one dent on the rear door, which was less noticeable. After 3 -4
hours,Thane notify me that he did all he could but he didn't like the
result. So he didn't charge me anything. They have very high
standards for the quality of their work. To me, dents are gone, I can
live with it.

They did the work on time and for the price quoted. I will definitely use them again.

Trey is a no nonsense get the job done good guy. My car was repaired perfectly and with no hassle.

I stopped in and Thane gave me an estimate to remove a couple of smallish dents from and quot;car meets recycle containerand quot;. Thane was very informative and explained a hole would need to be drilled and would be plugged. I liked that he took the time to explain the process. I live South and happened to find a place closer: DDS on S. Congress. Should DDS not suffice, I will definitely return to Dentworks.

Dropped vehicle off at 8:30AM and picked it up at 3PM. Vehicle 2007 Mazda B2300!

They set great expectations for what they could and couldn't do. I was very pleased with the results.

Someone dinged the rear passenger door on my brand new car. it was fairly small and barely removed any paint, but since the car is new I decided to look into whether it could be fixed and for how much. Having never had a car dent removed, I didn't think it would be possible to completely remove a dent that looked like it could have stretched the metal a bit, but I wanted to find out anyway.
I started with Angie's list and went to the closest highly rated body shop that showed up (Jeff's Auto Body on Lamar). They were really nice over there, but explained that they didn't directly do any and quot;paintlessand quot; repairs and it would probably require a lot of work to repair my tiny ding there. However, since I was in the area, they recommended Trey at Dentworks which is right around the corner on Burnet.
I went directly over to Dentworks. Trey was working, took a quick look at my car and gave me a really good quote. At this point, the quote was well within what I would be willing to pay to get my car back to perfect, so I set up a time two days later to bring in the car during lunch (which also gave me a good excuse to grab some Top Notch, which is right next door, for lunch).
On the day of repair, I showed up about 15 minutes early and the guy working that day was easily able to squeeze me in and started work as I walked next door for a bite to eat. They had originally quoted about an hour to complete the work, so after eating I still had about 30 minutes left to wait. I decided to just sit out on the bench in front of Dentworks and wait. No more than 5 minutes later, they came to tell me my car was ready.
I went in to take a look and the guy mentioned that Subarus have thinner body metal to keep weight down, so they can ding pretty easily. He walked me through the process and how the car's body reacts. From there, I took a look at the dent and was amazed. It was completely gone. The contour of the metal on the door was completely restored and from no angle could you see where the dent had been. The ding had removed a little clear coat (which they do not repair), so we discussed whether I needed to repair that on my own. They suggested that I don't, since most touch up kits end up looking and quot;bumpyand quot;. From there, I paid, grabbed my keys and headed back to work.
Overall, I am really pleased with my experience there. They were easy to deal with, extremely friendly, extremely skilled, knowledgable about their business and also very economical. I would recommend to anybody with an annoying door ding to get rid of.

Suffice it to say that I was blown away by the flawless job they did! I could not believe that some of the roof dents could be repaired to be invisible to the naked eye (under fluorescent shop lights). They did what they said they would do, and I am a big fan of their work. They also kept their commitments for timeframes, despite the volume of work associated with the major hailstorm. Bravo!

I took the truck in; he looked at it and gave me an estimate. Scheduled a time to bring the truck in; I did, was ready later that day, as he had said. Charged what he estimated.

WELL DONE: My one-year-old Nissan Sentra now looks great, like the hail storm never happened. I was worried because the damage was so extensive, but as of today I have not seen any of the dents that were there before. It's really amazing what these paintless dent repair guys can do! There is no sign of the dents, the paint is still beautiful, and the surfaces are so smooth and glossy again! I am someone who would have liked a call on the third or fourth day they had the car, even if all was going well, just to have an update without having to feel like a pest, but when I called they were very attentive and told me exactly what was going on. CHRONOLOGY OF MY EXPERIENCE: I asked Trey if I could bring in the car before the adjuster appointment because I was nervous about what to expect. He said I could bring it in that day. I took it in and was greeted immediately. Trey said he could probably complete the work in 3-4 days. When I brought it back to Dentworks, Trey gave me the number for the rental car place. I left the car with them on Wednesday, and on Tuesday afternoon I had not heard from them, so I called. They said they were waiting for a part and that it was due to arrive the next day. Later that same day Jerry called and said they got the part early and would have the car done that afternoon. I said I would pick the car up at 10am the next day and Jerry said he'd have it ready and waiting out front for me. My schedule changed so I was at their door at 8:30am, which is when their stated business hours begin. I was worried the door would be locked and I'd have to wait until 8:40 (since they didn't know I was coming early), but my car was out front in the parking lot and they were open for business. The paperwork wasn't finished, but Jerry did it quickly and answered my questions about the insurance deductible, and I was on my way. BOTTOM LINE: I really appreciate the quality work that was done, and the responsiveness of Dentworks. I did not have to spend one second of my precious time on hold on the phone, and I did not have a lengthy wait in their waiting room (I noticed that they do have good cable there for people to watch if necessary, but I never saw anyone sitting there waiting). Best of all, my pretty new car looks like its old self again.

From beginning to end, scheduling to sign-off, this was a stellar customer experience. I simply could not believe they could return my low-mileage, excellent condition car to it's original condition. There were craters in my roof and hood after the storm, and they absolutely were gone. Not a single body panel had escaped damage, and every bit of it was gone, with my beautiful factory original paint job in tact. Everyone at DentWorks was a pleasure to deal with. They worked proactively with my insurance company to make adjustments to the original estimate so everything was handled in a way that was transparent to me, and all the Austin body shops and insurance agents were slammed (my State Farm rep told me they had 8000 hail claims from the March 09 storm). Owner Trey told me that two of his top technicians have decades of experience in doing this work and it showed. I'm still blown away by their work, and will no longer view PDR as somehow inferior to traditional body shops. When done right, it's a far better solution. I have no hesitation to recommend DentWorks to my friends and family. I am one happy camper!

Overall, I can not be more pleased with the work. Dentworks exceeded my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a first class job. They handled everything with insurance. I took my 2002 Lincoln in and within a day they made it look brand new. I was very impressed!

My Nissan Armada was completed in about 3 hours. The work completed was excellent. I realize that I am difficult to please when it comes to my vehicles. Dentworks did an excellent job. Trey Pool spent extra time with my wife and I going over the work that was completed. He made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The work was very affordable when you consider auto body type work. I highly recommend Dentworks of Austin.
