As poor as possible. It was returned without repair and with a repair checklist unchecked. The Dell tech on the phone and I determined that no repairman actually saw it -- it was unpacked, repacked, and shipped back without any technician even touching it.

SO MANY TIMES I'VE BEEN GLAD I PAID THE EXTRA PRICE OF THIS SERVICE. I HEAR FRIENDS TALKING OF NIGHTMARES TRYING TO GET HELP FIXING THEIR COMPUTERS. AND I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THAT; ONLY QUICK, RELIABLE SERVICE.

THE HELP / SERVICE IS GOOD HOWEVER, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO TALK TO A PERSON. SOMETIMES I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE PERSON'S ENGLISH BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO BE LOCATED IN INDIA AND SPEAK WITH AN ACCENT.

WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME TRYING TO GET THE LAPTOP COMPUTER HOOKED UP TO THE WIRELESS INTERNET CARD. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND ATTEMPTS TO GET IT WORKING THE COMPANY AGREED TO TAKE IT BACK AT THEIR EXPENSE.
