We originally had a arrival time between 3-4pm. They didn't show up until 6:30pm which is why I didn't give them the highest rating. They found the cause of the leak from our plenum: a splash guard was disconnected and a drain line was clogged. This was after another company had recommended reinstalling our system, for $2,400, to fix the leak and yet another company that had "cleared" the drain line. I think we've found a new company to depend on for our HVAC needs, as long as we can get the scheduling worked out. Thanks.

Arrived on time. Courteous person who quickly got to work.Checked the heating system first and found no issues although it had not been serviced since I was in the house (2.5 years).
Requested that he look at the A/C as well which he did and no issues found there either. He showed me where the A/C drain went into the guest bathroom sink (which I didnt know).
Provided tips for routine maintenance and was thoroughly professional.
