I was looking to sell or lease my home in Kyle and building a home with Ryland Homes in Buda. From the beginning, Dan and Earl were upfront and honest with me, and provided me with a great deal of information to aid in my decision. After talking with the Ryland representative, he negotiated with the seller getting the absolute best price possible, which was still more than I could afford. He eliminated the buying pressure that the Ryland rep attempted to place on me, and produced all the facts. He is absolutely the best Realtor I've ever dealt with and plan to use him and his company for all future purchases and sales of real estate. You won't find a more honest Realtor who will look out for your best interest even if it means backing out of the sale.
