Auto Service
Actually, George, the mechanic, is seemingly a nice guy. I guess you do get more flies with honey than vinegar, but it's the *expletive* that really keeps 'em coming... I digress. My car's a convertible, and I replaced her top only about two years ago. I instructed the garage, in the paperwork I filled out, to NOT lock the car. There's nothing valuable in there and I'd rather an attempted theft first be affected by trying the door and not slicing through the top. Whenever I had the time to visit, I'd notice my car sitting outside and every time it was locked. George was also sympathetic to my plight, but apparently not enough to betray his ego and tell me he didn't know what was wrong with my car and that I should have my car towed to another garage. I'll talk about them in another episode.
