I haven't used her recently; but I have used her several times in the past.  She is outstanding, and I have recommended many of my friends.  She goes above and beyond as a broker.  I have used her as a seller and buyer.  She is fanatical about keeping on things top of the listings, and calling me in a second when something comes up on her system.  She has a lot of contact in the real estate industry.  She has been in it for over 20 years.  She knows about things with her contacts of the things coming out before they are listed.  She gets the inside track that way.  Once anyone is working with her, she follows up to make sure, they get the faxes.  She helps to co-ordinate inspections, and things like that.  She makes things so easy for her customers.  I have referred at least four people, and they loved her.  She charged a standard real estate percentage.
