Landscape Synthetic Grass for Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc. Installation
The large pieces of turf installed in my backyard in central Austin does not match (different color and texture) and are not lined up. It looks like fake turf with distinctive lines. . It's been difficult to connect with customer service, specifically Garrett and Kyle. I have current photos of the yard and the paid invoice for the work. From Creative Turf solutions who also does business as Austin Drainage and Landscape.

"Turf was replaced for the client because their window melted a section of the turf. We were very clear with the client that the new and the old turf seamed together would take time to match as the old turf was well over 6 months old. We advised that if we replaced a small section of the turf it would be a side yard repair but she insisted that we replaced the whole 45 foot piece for a 5 foot burn putting the seam in the main section of the backyard making the repair visible. It is our top priority to make all or our customers happy and we are sorry that we could not do that in this situation."

The project was started and completed per the agreed schedule. Cost estimate and final invoice were the same. I have a small concern regarding the prep stage of the project (capping off existing sprinkler heads) but have every confidence the contractor will address and resolve this issue. Quality work by professional staff on time and on budget. If your in the market for a synthetic turf project, Creative Turf Solutions of Texas should be your first call. I recommend CTS and would hire them again.

After dealing with several bids from other company's I decided to go with CTS. Dan Scull came out and said he would be glad to install synthetic grass in the small area of my back yard.He had some material left over from another site and would be enough for this project.So he gave me a great price for the Installation.They did a great job in completing the project,and saved me a lot of money too....

We had Creative Turf Solutions of Texas install turf in our backyard. They did an amazing job. The turf looks fantastic. Dan and his crew worked very hard to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were on time, very informative, organized and cleaned the area when finished! I would HIGHLY recommend Turf Solutions of Texas!!!

I enjoyed the whole experience from the first consultation with Melanie. She measured and advised me on the best design that would work for my backyard. It was very helpful to learn the best strategy to economize and yet get all that I wanted done. It was done so efficiently and effectively and turned out just beautiful. Creative Turf Solutions is a very knowledgeable company to work with on synthetic grass installation. We have a small area in our back yard that was troublesome. Synthetic grass was the solution we selected. This company was responsive and knowledgeable. The bid was very competitive. The staff members were courteous, skilled and efficient. They arrived on time and completed our project in one and a half days. We are very pleased with our experience with this company. Our yard looks wonderful and blends well with the natural flower and shrub beds in our yard.

Good quality, salesperson and installers were great, great price. I felt a sense of honesty and integrity with these people. Not trying to make triple on the project. Aware of the customers needs without hype. I had had 2 other bids that were over double the price for the same product. This is probably why Texas Greens by Design have been in business a long time. You hardly ever find integrity in Austin anymore. Greed seems to be the name of the game. Hard to find the right person and it takes a lot of time but in the end it is worth it. Thanks Home Advisor.
