He was honest and very professional providing us with an estimate and his expert opinion that my husband could do the work himself. My husband did the work and we are pleased that we did not spend money. These people are very honest and willing to hire the on any issue.

The team from CRC concrete performed over and above what they originally set out to do. From the start, Neale van Streepen and his team were on time, on budget, and provided a first class service for the project we needed completing. Their skilled personnel were courteous, knowledgable and and true reflection of a well run organization. We now have a product that will not only last another 30+ years at least, but it looks great, and is safe for all to use again. Thank-you CRC for a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone

I contacted CRC through Angie's List on 4/26/15. I met with a sales person on 5/18/15 to discuss repairing a damaged section of my driveway. I was told it could be done, but CRC would not fix the section until the rest of the driveway was leveled. The house/driveway was over 20 years old, and he felt other sections could become damaged in the future. My daughter and I play sports on the driveway frequently, so it seemed like a reasonable idea, even though it wasn't why I contacted CRC. I was provided with a $1250 quote to raise/level the driveway (phase 1 of the project), and a verbal estimate of $1800 was given to fix the damaged section in phase 2 of the project. Phase 1 was done very well, and in a timely manner. I emailed the sales person 7/6/15 to ask for the plans for phase 2. I received a quote 8/3/15 for $2495 to remove/replace the 110 square feet, which was significantly higher than we discussed in May. I was told concrete prices fluctuate. I think it would have been better to tell me upfront concrete prices fluctuate dramatically, and arrange the project accordingly. I decided to wait until winter to see if I could get closer to the original estimate. I texted the sales person 3/25/16 requesting a new quote for the job. More documentation was requested several days later. I texted the documents on 4/1/16, and emailed them again on 4/7/16. I never received a new quote. Now it is April 2017 - three quarters of my driveway is level, but the damaged section has not been fixed, meaning the original problem I approached CRC with two years ago is still there. I have attempted to contact other companies, but their lack of response tells me many companies avoid small residential jobs like mine. I would not recommend CRC. If you do choose to use them, I would get quotes upfront for every phase of the project, and/or refuse to pay anything until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Given the large difference in estimates and the fact I already paid $1250 for the leveling, I would have appreciated a little more effort to finish the job, and perhaps an offer to complete phase 2 at or near cost.
Response from CRC Concrete Raising and Repair
"[Member Name Removed], I apologize for the confusion on this project. It seems that the original price quoted was for the installation of a concrete slab for which the minimum is $1800, but this did not take into account the removal of the existing slab. We are in business to add value, make a profit, benefit our shareholders and employees and grow our company, so we cannot do work at or near cost. Even though concrete prices have increased significantly since you were first contacted, we can do the work for you for $2495 ( a $500 saving on current prices)"

Patrick came gave me an estimate for the repairs. Billy the crew chief was great, very professional. His crew worked hard the whole time, he explained each step of the process and they checked up after they were finished. We are very happy with the results and would be happy to wash with CRC again if needed.

They were great.  This is a company that under promises and over delivers.  They gave me a discount since they were already working in my area, they came on time, and they finished in less time than their estimate and cleaned everything up beautifully.

Pros:
Came out the day we talked for an estimate and exceeded estimate on scheduling.  Ed was professional and detailed, even worked at night on a day he was delayed by traffic.
Cons:
It took more than a day to do the job, due to not having the correct color of filler on hand.   A minor inconvenience, but it did extend the number of days my driveway was off limits.
Overall I would not hesitate to refer this company to a neighbor.  As a matter of fact, several of my neighbors engaged Ed while he was working for possible business at their houses.  Over all positive experience.

Recently moved into a 10 year old house. The two car wide driveway as well as the front walkway has some very interesting ups and downs. We had never heard of concrete raising until recently when it was referred to in a magazine I was reading. Did some research and realized it would be much less expensive than replacing the drive and walk ways, or settling a trip and fall lawsuit. Made an appointment for Patrick to come and give us an estimate and detailed information about the process and had the job scheduled. Billy and his crew were here today. Professional, polite, hard working and neat they did an outstanding job of repairing the drive and walk ways. Amazing how much better the front of our home looks. We would not hesitate to contact Concrete Raising & Repair if we need any other of the property concrete repaired. And we would ask for Billy and his crew as well. Job well done!

Neale was able to get me scheduled quickly because he had a crew already scheduled to work in my area and a small project like mine could be done in a couple of hours. He even gave me a break on the cost because I was located so close to his other work site. Crew arrived when scheduled and quickly went to work. Crew Chef Billy explained to me how they would proceed and answered my questions. Billy was very knowledgeable and professional. The guys did a good job of leveling the cracked and sunken concrete. They cleaned up after themselves, and I was satisfied with how it appeared when they finished.  Billy spoke with me about a future project I had in mind and he was very informative. He said he'd ask someone to contact me about a quote and he did. The estimator contacted me a day later. I wouldn't hesitate to hire CRC again.

eale answered his own phone! All of the others I called had an answer machine and then they either didn't reconnect to do the work or message said they weren't even talking to new customers until June 8th! They repaired the crumbling and cracked concrete at our home. Neale came out within days to evaluate what we needed done. Unfortunately our job was too small but rather than just leaving as I'm sure other companies would have he said he had some guys that worked for him that could do the job on the side on a Saturday. True to word I was contacted by Erik within days. He and Billy came out today and did the work in less than 3 hours and it looks AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with all 3 gentlemen. Awesome company, awesome guys, amazing job. You will not be disappointed if you use Neale. If I ever need any concrete work done again I will not hesitate to call him. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time!

Neale arrived for assessment appointment as scheduled and emailed a proposal. Made down payment and work day was determined. Crew arrived promptly on scheduled day. Supervisor clearly explained work to be done and invited me to watch if I desired. Leveling work was done quickly and efficiently. Approximately one week after leveling, the expansion joints were cleaned and filled. Their service was considerably less expensive and probably better than having driveway replaced because where it attaches to the house is approximately 3 feet above the yard and it is difficult to achieve proper fill compaction. Improper compaction was the cause of the driveway settling. Would highly recommend them for their mudjacking servicesl.

It couldn't have been a better experience for us.  They showed up promptly at 9am, listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish, did an incredible job of slicing a really straight line in the concrete, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were through.  Plus, they were all very pleasant to deal with.  We recommend them without hesitation.

We called the company and a representative came and conducted the estimate. He was friendly and answered our questions satisfactorily. A week or so later the crew arrived as scheduled. They were also friendly and customer service oriented. They explained the process and were open to any questions or concerns. They raised the slab and did a superb job patching the cracks that had developed prior to their arrival. We were very satisfied.

They are able to work on older homes (mine was built in 1946)
Had problems in a garage apt, The floor was dropping.
CRC was recommend . They schedule the work to fit around when the renter left for the holidays.
They injected a concrete solution under the slab and raised it up.
They also raised the small front porch and the patio in back.
Neale was easy to work with and explained what they would do.
They did a nice job, cleaned up everything.
I had to have them come back a few months later to redo some of this work in the apartment. .
They did a nice job and fixed the problem. Again they worked around the tenant schedule.
At this time, I asked if they could fix the large uneven cracks I had in my breeze way. I had thought that I would
have to tear out the concrete. Nope, they were able to inject the liquid concrete under the slab, and raise it up.
Then they finished it with concrete to smooth it out on top. . Looks great.
They employees were VERY nice and let me watch what they were doing, and answered all my questions.
They even gave suggestions on what to do to prevent this from happening.
I never knew you could fix major cracking in concrete, level concrete porches and sidewalks.
