They are very good and get things done fast. They will even pick up the car for me and deliver it back to me when it is done. They always wash it and I would highly recommend them.

It was fine. The service reps will go the extra distance for you. They even got me a rental car when we weren't able to contact the rental place. They keep me informed and try to save me money. I've had really good service from them.

I have a service advisor that checks that everything is taken care of with the mechanics. They are always very thorough when I bring my Navigator in for normal check ups and when I need additional services they again are always very thorough and if something (like a new filter, etc), the advisor notifies me and then is taken care of. Time wise, my wait is always within a reasonable amount time for my vehicle to be in great shape and be safe on the road.
