COPPERSET

Shawn, the owner of CopperSet, was knowledgeable and thorough during his inspection of the problems. He believes in working with the existing construction style in order to reduce costs, which was welcome. He suggested certain repairs during his inspection, and a work crew was available soon after. The workers were friendly and ready to answer questions about the repair techniques used. They were also able to do their work without needing oversight. Although the extent of the damage was greater than expected, they were able to continue working over subsequent days until the repairs were complete. Shawn stopped by during the work, and performed a walk through after the repairs were complete to ensure that everything was done correctly. The work was done at a high level of quality. The masonry subcontractor also did well in matching the color of the new mortar with the old mortar.
