My mother had 3 sets of pearls restrung and had new clasps added to each one for myself and for my 2 sisters. One of them broke and when my sister went in to see what they could do, they basically said they would have nothing to do with it. My sister rarely wears them and this should not have happened.  One would think that spending a lot of money to have pearls restrung would be something to last a lifetime and they would not honor their work.  We are very disappointed and would not recommend that anyone have  jewelry repair done here.

I've been very happy with the service I've received from Copeland Jewelers. This is the second repair job they've done and both have been excellent. The ring fits great and the looks like it's new. The staff was friendly and professional. It took them about a week to complete the work.

Katy Sebree was helpful and professional. The pieces were repaired in a timely manor. She called and I returned to the store. The work was beautifully done I selected a gold chain and presented the jewelery as a Christmas gift. My wife was very happy and we returned to the store to exchange the chain for a longer chain. Again great service.

The experience was great. They fixed the stone while I waited, since they have a jeweler one staff. They cleaned some other jewelery we were wearing for free while we waited and even gave my son a little toy truck.

I was extremely happy with Clay's work. I looked all over town trying to find someone that could make the ring I had in mind.
