I like shopping here because they have better prices than most other stores. They are very helpful. They offer low interest plans for larger purchases.

They said it was not in stock until Tuesday and they couldn’t deliver until Thursday. I said I would be out of town so we scheduled it for next Monday. They called on the Sunday before they were supposed to come they said they could only come on a Friday to install a propane stove. After much arguing I said that was fine and said that the morning would be best for me. They ended up arriving in the afternoon even when I specifically asked for them to come in the morning. They came to install the stove and it didn’t fit in all the way. The salesman didn’t explain to me that in older homes a modification had to be made so it would fit in clear with the wall. I had to call a plumber to get this taken care of for $173.00. Also when the stove arrived it didn’t have a boiler pan so for all of my troubles they gave me one from a different stove.

I told them exactly what I needed and that I did not want to spend a ton of money on a washer and dryer. They gave me a few options and left me alone to consider my purchase. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something more expensive than what I wanted, which I really appreciated! They installed the W/D in my home and I have not had any problems! Overall it was an excellent experience.

I had been shopping for a new refrigerator for months, comparing prices in various stores and on line. I had seen the best price on line at Conns.com, and stopped into the store to kill time while waiting for another errand. I had no intention of buying anything that day, but wanted to see if the same item I saw on line was in-store. The item was there, but not for the same on line price. This was a disappointment. However, I saw a floor model for a similar item on clearance for around the same price as the original item I wanted to see. Because it was a "scratch & dent" model, there were only 1 or 2 available. The item had no visible flaws, so I jumped on it. The salesperson was very helpful, though a bit chatty. The item was delivered and installed the next day, and they took away my old refrigerator. I love the extra space, icemaker, water & ice in the door, and it looks great in my kitchen. It's been 6 months since I purchased, and so far no problems.

My experience with them was good. They wouldn't help with any special orders but we saved some money so it was okay. I would recommend them.

The technicians called ahead to verify location and time. They arrived within the time frame they planned. They were extremely careful in unload the merchandise and installed to our approval.

They did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They charged me about $30 for this service, only because I had also got my microwave installed by them. I bought my microwave from them and they said for $70.00 more, they could come and hook it all up to. I thought the price sounded fair, so they installed it for me as well. They came on time and were done in a very short amount of time. I thought they were very respectful and polite from beginning to end and will most definitely hire them again.

WELL, WEVE BOUGHT OTHER ITEMS AT CONNS SUCH AS OUR BIG SCREEN TV AND REFRIGERATOR AND WE HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE SALES GUY AND THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GREAT. I JUST DONT LIKE HAVING TO WAIT WEEKS AT A TIME TO GET ITEMS BACK FROM SERVICE. I BELIEVE THEIR SERVICE IS IN SAN ANTONIO. ALSO, IT TOOK 3 TIMES FOR US TO GO THROUGH THIS BEFORE WE WERE GIVEN CREDIT IN THE STORE TO BUY ANOTHER POWER WASHER. AND TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO AUTHORIZE THIS WAS A VERY LENGTHY WAITING PROCESS AS WELL. WHAT DO THEY HIRE ON DUTY MANAGERS FOR IF THEY CANT MAKE DECISIONS. THE ONLY REAL GOOD THING ABOUT THIS SITUATION WAS WE GOT THE WARRANTY. THANK GOD! MY RATINGS BELOW ARE BASED ON THIS PRESSURE WASHER EXPERIENCE.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FRIENDLY SERVICE PROVIDED BY MS. IRMA TIJERINA. SHE WAS VERY INFORMED ON THE PRODUCT WE WERE LOOKING AT AND HELPED IN THE DECISION MAKING OF THE PRODUCT WE FINALLY SELECTED.

THERE WAS A MERCHANDISE DELAY FOR TWO WEEKS MORE THAN AGREED, AFTER THE SALE. THE INSTALLER WAS RESPONSIBLE AND POLITE. THEY DID THE JOB ON TIME THE SAME DAY.

WORKERS WERE ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB IN FIXING MY DRYER. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
