The repair was done quickly and reasonably. I did compare the cost at a couple of other places and his pricing was competitive and I knew I could rely on him for a good job. In the past we've called him on July 3 and Dec 23 when tenants suddenly reported problems with their A/C or heat (respectively) and he's always been accommodating about working us into the schedule, despite the pending holidays. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and I'm comfortable having him deal directly with our tenants without concern. I also like knowing that when I call I know who will be responding.
